Notes (includes pulley) Volvo fitted 3 different brand alternators to the 78-80 260 V6 models. If equipped with Paris-Rhone brand alternator use GMG # A1651PE or Bosch AL 54 X. If equipped with SEV_Marchal brand alternator use GMG #A773E (w/ air cond.), #A768E (w/o air cond.), or Bosch AL 54 X, If equipped with Bosch brand alternator use GMG #A1651BE or Bosch AL 54 X. Paris-Rhone and SEV-Marchal alternators use external voltage regulators. Bosch alternators have internal voltage regulators.
